The Mobility Charter (Carta dei Servizi) is the “Travel Charter” that regulates the relations between the company providing the public utility service and the users of that service.
The Charter is a free publication that provides customers with an information and participation tool, while enabling TPM to document the progress and development of the services offered. The Charter is an annual publication that was launched in 2006 to better monitor the quality of the services provided by TPM. The 2008 issue includes two quality indices, or customer satisfaction surveys, on the local public transport and car parking services.p>
